Yoga Exploration/Beginning Yoga
Yoga Exploration and Beginning Yoga classes are for everyone! Whether you are new to yoga, or want to enhance your practice, these classes will boost your yoga confidence! This class focuses on basic poses and alignment, giving detailed instruction and modifications.

Vinyasa
Vinyasa classes are more active than Yoga Exploration / Beginning Yoga, and are great for all experience levels! This class focuses on flowing through yoga poses using the breath to guide movement, usually beginning with Sun Salutations.

Power
Power Yoga classes are more vigorous than Vinyasa classes, as poses are linked in a continuous, challenging, and creative flow. This is a fast-paced total body workout. You might expect some core work, complex transitions, inversions, or arm balances. Modifications are provided to make the class accessible to beginners.

Slow Flow
Slow Flow Yoga is slower and gentler than Vinyasa class. Focus is on holding the poses while maintaining proper breathing and alignment. This class is great for all levels and is a good transition between Beginner Yoga and Vinyasa.

Yin
Yin Yoga classes are primarily focused on mobility and stability, targeting joints and connective tissues. Primarily seated and reclining poses using props are held for 1-5 minutes each. Yin Yoga class is meant to balance out your vinyasa or power class by giving the muscles a break. This is a quiet and calming, yet challenging practice appropriate for all experience levels.

Relaxation
Relaxation Yoga uses props to fully support the body in a gentle stretch. Poses are held for several minutes, producing an effortless calming effect, releasing accumulated stress and tension. If you’re always on the go, relaxation yoga is for you! This class is appropriate for all experience levels.
