Whether in large groups or private sessions, customizing a practice to your needs helps me to connect with you more personally and allows you to discover the benefits of yoga or expand your practice in a safe, supportive environment. Every yoga teacher has a different style, and I believe yoga is meant to be playful! You may be working up a sweat, but it shouldn’t be stressful! When yoga is practiced in a fun way, it is more relatable to life off the mat, allowing you to carry your practice with you throughout the rest of your day.
